This Refund Policy explains how B-Sense handles refund-related questions for paid digital plans and licenses.

1. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • recurring Cloud memberships
  • one-time License purchases

It does not apply to physical hardware sold by third-party sellers linked from the website.

2. Cloud plans

Cloud plans renew automatically until cancelled before the next renewal date.

If you cancel a Cloud plan before the next renewal date:

  • future renewals stop
  • you keep access until the end of the already-paid period
  • cancellation does not automatically refund a charge that has already been completed for the current paid period

3. License plans

License plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.

4. Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe that a charge was:

  • duplicated
  • unauthorized
  • incorrect because of a technical billing error

contact us as soon as possible at info@b-sense.hismis.com.

Please include:

  • the email address used for checkout
  • the plan or license name
  • the date of the charge
  • any relevant order or invoice reference

We will review the case and respond based on the available billing records.

5. Digital-service start and consumer rights

B-Sense is a digital service.

If digital access starts shortly after purchase, checkout may show a reminder that you request immediate digital performance and that this may affect any applicable withdrawal right once digital performance has started.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
